Refund Policy
PSX Holdings LLC · Last updated October 31, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers the fees merchants pay to PSX Holdings LLC for PSXPay: the per-transaction application fee and the monitoring subscription.
2. Buyers: refunds for orders
We don't sell products, take orders, or receive payment for them. The merchant you bought from is the merchant of record and decides order refunds and returns under its own policy. Please contact that merchant. Its name appears at checkout and on your card statement.
3. Merchants: when you refund a buyer
Merchants issue refunds from their own Stripe account. When you refund a charge, we return our application fee in proportion to the amount refunded: all of it on a full refund, and the matching share on a partial refund.
Stripe's own fees are handled under Stripe's terms, and we do not control whether Stripe returns them.
4. Merchants: disputes and chargebacks
A dispute is not a refund. Merchants respond to disputes through Stripe and are responsible for their outcome. We charge no dispute fee of our own, and we do not return the application fee on a disputed charge unless you refund that charge. Stripe may charge its own dispute fee.
5. Monitoring subscription
The subscription is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We do not give prorated refunds for partial months, including for months in which processing was locked or suspended.
If we terminate your subscription without cause, we will refund the unused part of the current month.
6. Billing errors
If we charged you the wrong amount or charged you twice, we will refund the difference. Tell us within 60 days of the charge.
7. How to ask
Email support@psxpay.com with your store URL, the charge date and amount. We aim to answer within 10 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method or Stripe account.
